Stuck in the cycle?
No More Booze 1:1 is a four-session coaching package designed to help you move from feeling stuck in the cycle of drinking, stopping, restarting and questioning yourself, to feeling confident, clear and in control of your choices around alcohol.
This is personalised coaching, not a one-size-fits-all programme.
How it works
Together, we’ll look at what’s driving your drinking, what alcohol is doing for you, and what needs to change so you can build a life where alcohol is no longer your go-to way to cope, relax, reward yourself or switch off.
The shape of it
You’re not failing
If you’ve been saying “I need to drink less” for months or years and keep finding yourself back in the same place, it isn’t a willpower problem. It’s usually that nobody has helped you look properly at what’s driving it.
Four sessions gives us the time and space to do that together, and turn it into
a plan that fits your life.
What we work out together
Why you drink
The pattern behind the drinking — what it gives you, what it costs you, and why the same week keeps ending the same way.
What triggers you
The hours, places, people and feelings that quietly make the decision for you, and what to do in that moment instead.
What alcohol is doing for you
Where it genuinely helps and where it is taking space from your life, so your reasons to change are yours.
Personal, not prescriptive
Understand the science and psychology of alcohol, habits, cravings and learned behaviours — and identify your own personal drinking patterns.
Learn how to recognise, process and regulate difficult emotions without automatically reaching for alcohol.
Identify the role alcohol plays in managing stress, overwhelm, boredom, anxiety or exhaustion and build healthier alternatives that actually work for you.
Break the cycle of promises, guilt and starting again. Build confidence by learning how to trust yourself and follow through on the decisions you make.
Explore what matters to you and what you want your life to look and feel like without alcohol taking up so much mental and emotional space.
Get practical tools for navigating nights out, dinners, holidays, friendships, family events, social pressure and the inevitable “Go on, just have one.”
Develop your personal plan for maintaining momentum and dealing with future triggers, difficult days and potential setbacks.
Your 4 sessions
Each session builds on the last, mirroring how lasting behaviour change actually happens — awareness, regulation, identity and maintenance.
01 — UNDERSTAND
We’ll unpack your relationship with alcohol, your drinking patterns, triggers, thoughts and behaviours. You’ll gain clarity around what’s really driving the cycle and identify the first changes you need to make.
02 — REGULATE
We’ll explore the emotional role alcohol plays in your life and develop practical tools for managing stress, emotions, cravings and difficult moments.
03 — REBUILD
We’ll work on confidence, self-trust, identity, values, boundaries and creating routines and experiences that support the life you’re trying to build.
04 — SUSTAIN
We’ll review your progress, identify your biggest challenges and create your personalised Alcohol-Free Plan for continuing beyond our four sessions.

No labels needed
You don’t need to label yourself. You don’t need to hit rock bottom. And you don’t need to prove that your drinking is “bad enough” to deserve support.
This isn’t about taking alcohol away and leaving you to figure out the rest. It’s about understanding the pattern, changing the pattern and building something better in its place.

Please note:
My coaching work is designed for those navigating the grey area of alcohol use; that is for those who are questioning their relationship with alcohol who are not physically dependant. If you are experiencing physical dependence, please reach out to your GP, who can guide you toward the right level of care.
